Wave Riding Enormous Waves at Danang Beach – by Indra

Today we went to the beach again. Because it is the weekend, my father could accompany us as well. At the beach we started to dig a small hole in the sand then my dad said get in the sea first then dig our hole. So we got in the water and played with the waves with dad and Simmi. Simmi enjoyed the waves a lot.

After we had swam in the water, we changed our mind and started to build a castle.

In the meanwhile Dad had gone to get some bahn mi sandwiches to eat on the beach. It was a surprise when he came back because he had bought us some sand toys as well.

We enjoyed our banh mi sandwiches. After we had eaten it, we went to play with the new sand toys. We built a giant hill with a lot of castles built from our new mold on top. It was fun building our castle. While we were building lots of people came and looked at it and took photos and talked to us about it.

Afterwards Dad asked us to come in to swim again. This time when I got in, the waves were enormous. I tried walking forwards but the waves would always push me back. Finally I got deep enough so that I could ride the waves. It was a lot of fun.

Then we came home and I ate some Greek spaghetti and an inside out pizza called paneroti. My parents had Vietnamese food. We had ordered the food from.Grab.

After I finish my blog post, I will go watch a movie with my family on the TV. The movie is called the fifth element.
