It might just be that we’re a bit behind the times, or perhaps it’s a recent trend, but we were surprised to discover a new offer in Vietnamese bars. Strolling down Bui Vien Street in Saigon, we noticed a man, exuberant and joyful, clutching balloons. Curiosity piqued, we learned that some bars in Vietnam now offer laughing gas balloons as a novel indulgence for patrons.

Looks like a lot of fun! Have yet to try it.
