You can’t visit Sri Lanka and not taste the local Cylon tea!

We visited the Kinellan tea factory in Ella to learn a bit about how tea is grown and processed before tasting three types of tea grown on the estate.

The factory process was still quite manual with lots of tea workers still manually sweeping the leaves and feeding them into the ancient looking machines. It was really interesting to see and the factory smelled great!
