As a traveler constantly on the move, I rely on my trackers to monitor activity levels — from walking and standing to heart rate and sleep patterns. It’s not just a tool for health; it’s become a game, a friendly competition with myself to surpass previous achievements.
Reflecting on January, my tracker reveals a slight dip in my step count compared to bustling city stays like Bangkok. Settling by the tranquil beaches of Danang meant less urban exploration, yet I still managed to clock in 231 kilometers for the month, which Is not too bad.
This snapshot into my activity not only serves as a personal record but also offers valuable insights into how different destinations shape my routines. Whether navigating vibrant city streets or strolling along sandy shores, each step contributes to a richer travel experience. And with every record to beat, the journey becomes not just about the destination, but the a path towards general fitness.

Sleep stayed more or less constant with a gain of 2 minutes in average sleep time in January to 6 hours 47 minutes. In Mauritius, I used to sleep less and get like 5 hours average. This is much more healthy.
