My new Red Moped.. to zip around San Francisco

22/05/2009 – The new car-less life has been extremely good and not missed having a car much living in the city, but sometimes for a little trip to the beach or grocery store, I wish I had a quicker means than bus or by foot. So, I decided to buy a little 150cc moped. Love the color and the style. It’ll only be for little commutes inside the city. I don’t think it’s too safe to be venturing out on the highways yet. Not yet ridden it a lot, as its been pretty cold and windy lately, but hopefully this weekend is weather is good, I’ll venture out a bit more and try to see how it fares on the steep slopes of SF !
