Roti Canai, a beloved dish in Malaysia, is Indra’s favorite food in Malaysia. It’s a flatbread, known for its unique preparation method and delicious taste. The dough is skillfully stretched and flipped by hand until it becomes thin and flat, then it’s cooked on a hot griddle. The result is a crispy, flaky bread that’s often served with dhal or curry.
It’s a bit similar to the Farata that we eat in Mauritius, but preparation method is different.. it’s not stretched and flipped like the ones in Malaysia.
