Pulled Tea holds a special place in our hearts in South East Asia. The unique technique of “pulling” the tea enhances its oxidation, unlocking a deeper array of flavors. We captured a moment with one of the vendors from whom we purchased, expertly performing the tea pull for us. Although Pulled Tea is traditionally Malaysian, this video was from a night market in Hua Hin, Thailand.
